What Is Project Grad?

It’s a non-profit committee that raises money to fund the Project Grad event (a substance free, secret destination, overnight event for seniors around the time of graduation). We are completely volunteer run and self-funded; the school provides no funding.

How Can I Help?

Join the 2025 Project Grad committee to help fundraise and plan the Project Grad event.

Our meetings run monthly at Montville High School.  Come find out what it’s all about.

How Do I Contact Project Grad?

Come to the next meeting on March 20th at 6:30pm in the MHS Library!  Our email is [email protected]  or you can reach out to Robin Bowman at [email protected] with any questions.  Also, you can follow us on Facebook at “MHS Wolves Project Grad” or our Instagram “MHSWolvesProjectGrad”.

Project Grad 2025 is excited about our remaining fundraisers over these next few months:

~Foxwoods Bingo Night on Friday March 28, 2025:  Enjoy an evening playing Bingo at Foxwoods with your family & friends while supporting the MHS seniors.  Tickets are $20 per person, and you must be 18 or older to participate. Tickets can be purchased from any Project Grad committee member (including Christin – see flyer) or through our email account.

~Senior Yard Signs on sale in April 2025:  Be on the lookout for our order form to customize a yard sign to celebrate your Senior.  More information about this fundraiser will be available soon.

~Project Grad 12th Annual Golf Fundraiser on Thursday May 22, 2025:  We are looking for sponsors and golfers to help make this fundraiser a success.  Check out our golf website https://birdease.com/MHSProjectGrad2025Golf and sign up to become a sponsor (multiple levels of sponsorship), make a donation or get a foursome together to play golf (we can group you with other golfers to make a foursome if necessary).   In addition, we are looking for donations from families and local businesses to create baskets to be raffled at the end of the golf tournament.

We need your help to make all of these fundraisers successful!
