The Visual Art department is a comprehensive studio-based department with a wide variety of offerings from the introductory General Art to advanced courses in Painting, Drawing, Ceramics, Sculpture, and Digital Imaging. The visual arts allow students an opportunity to develop their ability to creatively express themselves and communicate through a variety of media. Through this creative process, students engage in higher order thinking and develop twenty-first century real world skills applicable to many diverse life experiences.
